This website is operated by Atlasvision Innovations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. References to "I" or "me" on this site mean that company acting through its sole director.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Everything on this website is provided for general information. It describes work already delivered and the way engagements are typically structured. It is not a quote, not a contract, and not professional advice for your particular situation.

Nothing here creates a client relationship. That begins only when a written engagement agreement is signed by both sides.

The case studies on the homepage describe systems built for real clients. Screenshots are taken from demo environments containing sample data, not from production instances, and are labelled as such. Client systems are named only where the client permits it.

Figures quoted about those systems are accurate at the time of writing. The site is maintained on a best-effort basis and no warranty is given that every detail remains current.

Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and liability. Where that agreement conflicts with anything on this site or in these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

The three-phase structure described on the homepage is how engagements typically run. It is a description of normal practice, not a commitment to any particular scope, price or timescale.

The content, design, code and images on this website belong to Atlasvision Innovations Ltd or are used with permission. Screenshots of client systems remain the property of the respective client and are reproduced with their consent.

You may view and print pages from this site for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or systematically extract its content without written permission.

Ownership of work produced during an engagement is set out in the engagement agreement, not here.

This site links to client systems and other external websites. Those sites are outside my control and I am not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
